I’d like to take ginseng for increasing focus and energy, considering also that I’m going off coffee.
Which supps are pairing well with ginseng? I’ve seen some examples of people taking it with ginkgo, royal jelly or B complex, Do you have any experience with them?
Btw at the moment I’m taking; **black seed oil, taurine, glycine, krill oil, MSM, Vit C, zinc, probiotics, magnesium**
