Not sure if this is quite what you are looking for, but I will tell you my experience.
It started NR last September and quickly found that I could not take the recommended dose of 250 MG. It made me feel like my head was swelling and my heart was pounding. I could tolerate 125, so I used that dose, with occasional tries to increase the dose. It never worked. When they came out with 150 mg caps, I took those, and can tolerate the dose. In the 6 months following September I added magnesium and TMG to the mix, hoping to make higher doses more tolerable. They did not, and I discontinued them for about 3 months. I did experience a sharp decrease in foot pain from osteoarthritis, which I credit NR for.
In March I started looking at C60 to see if that would help. I started taking it in March, and within a couple of months I noticed the osteo pain was even less. Now I do not need Alleve at all, unless the weather is really bad, and I over do the exercise. I have added back the magnesium because it might be good for the heart.
I also noticed a really nasty big toe nail that I have had falling off constantly for the last 10 years, was staying attached, and growing from the nail bed all the way to the top of the toe. This thing was so bad I stopped wearing sandals 10 years ago, even I could not stand to look at it. It is now back. It has a ridged shape, but is fully attached with a healthy looking nail bed. In fact all nails seem healthier. I attribute this to the C 60 and NR. I can't tell which is more important.
Last week I noticed that a bunch of "spider" veins on my leg seemed to be less of an issue. So I took a picture. In a couple of weeks I will take another picture and post them - if they go away completely. They have definitely improved.
So, nothing dramatic, except for the almost total lack of pain in big toe joints, that have no cartilage. I had one of the toe joints cleaned out surgically 20 years ago. The ortho said I would need it fused in 5 years. This is a big one for me, as the pain was bad, and I developed a sensitivity to Alleve. I think, but cannot prove the combination of NR and C 60 are responsible.
Minor things like nails and capillaries. The usual, "I think I can think better, and am more alert" stuff, but that is subjective, and could be due to increased exercise. By the way, the pain always increased with exercise, and now it does not.
If the skin thing with the capillaries works out I will let you all know. I am a "healthy" 69 yro male, if there is such a thing.
