I tried dissolving the 50mg tablet in a bottle of water to dilute. The tablet did split into tiny pieces but I can still see them in the liquid. I tried on low microwave to warm it up a little, didn't help. Do you think the particles I see are the fillers and the naxaltrone has dissolved?

Or should I just get the powder?

A compounding pharmacy is required for this. If you are using Naltrexone for CFS or a similar illness your doctor should be able to get this done for you.

If you want to use the recommended 4 mg dose for the LDN protocol, you can achieve this by cutting a 50 mg naltrexone tablet with a sharp Stanley blade. Just cut the tablet in half first. Then cut each of the two halves into thirds, which will give you a total of 6 pieces. Then cut each of these 6 pieces in half, which gives you a total of 12 pieces. Each of these 12 pieces will be just over 4 mg, which is the right dose for LDN. I've done this cutting many times, and it's not difficult.

Actually, my method worked. I took 200 ng and the next day Tianeptine had no effect.

Definitely ultra low dose.  500ml I'm guessing?  To answer your original question, I've never had it make a true solution, though I have read that what we see in the water is just excipients, and the Naltrexone does actually dissolve.  Regardless, I always give mine a good number of swirls before drawing up into an oral syringe.

Dissolve 50mg tablet with 55 drops of distilled water.  Then five drops per day for 4..5 mg per dose.

Try crushing it before you put it into the water.

i have moments when tianeptine doesnt work anyway. it could be placebo. also, tolerance to tianeptine is huge. im guessing maybe try if it affects alcohol use? and may i ask why go so low on dose? the recommended dose for addiction is 50mg while LDN protocol is completely different thing not related to addiction.
