One person (and group) that is really pushing new therapies and therapeutics forward is Bill Faloon, LEF, and agereversal.net
If you want to see the slides from Bill's presentation, it is up on the age-reversal.net right now.
Bill was promoting what a lot of LongeCity forum members know already - using senolytics Dasatinib+Quercetin, rapamycin, metformin, NAD boosters, etc...
He also made a big announcement about recruiting people into a new study "Vitality in Aging". People at the conference will be able to sign up right now for this two track study - a longitudinal study and an "interventions" study. The longitudinal part will measure biomarkers. The interventions part will test before-and-after health using current protocols of senolytics, NAD boosters, and what-not. I am unsure when and if other people, outside of the conference, will be able to sign up for the study. There will probably be an announcement on the age-reversal.net website at some point.
One interesting point the Bill brought up is how the obesity epidemic is reversing gains in the number of new centenarians. It is a shame that so many in the general public do not take care of their health, then end up on the expensive, big-pharma, sickcare track.
