Late night thoughts here to anyone out there with healthy, open-minded 20-something kids: why not try a four-stage self-experiment in affecting your aging by (1) undergoing a few rounds of D+Q; followed by (2) a normal blood donation to the Red Cross; followed by (3) infusing a pint of blood from your healthy offspring; followed by (4) receiving a fecal transplant of some of their gut microbes to yours?

Would combining a few different approaches of safe, current anti-aging hints do anything beneficial wrt to slowing your aging? Would self-experimenting with combining “what we know now” about senescent cell clearance, blood-giving, followed by blood and guts repopulations do anything measurable?

Like I said — late night thoughts lol
