Hi guys,

 

I recall reading about a suplement here that was supposed to be just as good if not better than fresh tumeric. Currently I can't a hold of fresh tumeric where I live and are therefore looking for alternatives. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and could guide me in the right direction?

For me, the best alternative is grape seed extract, but maybe ginger is more similar.

As far as I remember it was supposed to be a pill though, any idea?
