Generally I eat this cereal everyday because it's yummy. But I looked at the container and basically there isn't really anything in it. I put almond milk on it, not milk, so my meal has no protein. 20191029_193001.jpeg 128.93KB 0 downloads 20191029_193007.jpeg 140.51KB 0 downloads

Don't eat processed cereal. Useless carbs. Eggs with vegetables are better for breakfast.
The only cereal I eat is steel cut oats - dry. No gluten. Not very tatsy unless you like the real taste of oats. It is the only grain I eat on a regular basis and only a couple of tablespoons at a time.

My apologies for the dumb question, what is processed cereal?

Almost anything in a box. The grains are ground up into powder and formed into flakes and shapes. High glycemic index - spikes your glucose.
