milk thistle kidney supplements

Foods that may help promote best-absorbed magnesium include:

  • Fructose and complex carbohydrates
  • Protein, with the exception of unfermented soy products
  • Medium chain triglycerides, or MCTs, such as coconut oil and palm oil (the same types of fats more easily absorbed by those with pancreatic disorder and cystic fibrosis)
  • Fermentable or soluble fibers, such as fiber from fruits and vegetables, which may enhance magnesium to small degree in the healthy large intestine

As the name implies, sodium bicarbonate consists of salt (sodium), and bicarbonate with hydrogen attached [8].sSodium bicarbonate slowed the rate of kidney decline in the late stages of the disease [2324].

In my previous thread, I speculated that scrotal/neolabial application of transdermal estradiol gel might have greater efficacy than application to conventional skin sites. One other interesting thought relates to transdermal progesterone. Very low but nonetheless significant circulating levels of progesterone (~0.75 ng/mL) have been observed with over-the-counter transdermal progesterone creams (source). Transdermal progesterone could potentially be made more potent by the scrotal route, similarly to estradiol and testosterone. Whether this would translate into therapeutic usefulness of transdermal progesterone is unknown and possibly unlikely though – the circulating levels of progesterone that occur with transdermal progesterone are very low and may just be too low still even with scrotal application. Another issue is the high expression of 5α-reductase – a major metabolizing enzyme of progesterone – in scrotal/genital-area skin. With that said though, I do think that it would be quite interesting to look into scrotal transdermal progesterone cream or gel nonetheless.

can you rub any liquid or oil on your skin and it will get absorbed? or does it have to be specially made for skin absorption?

DMSO can cause contaminants, toxins, and medicines to be absorbed through the skin, which may cause unexpected effects. ... Because DMSO easily penetrates the skin, substances dissolved in DMSO may be quickly absorbed.

DMSO is an amazing carrier! Meaning that DMSO has the ability to enhance the absorption of things that are applied with DMSO or that are already on your skin. (This is one of the reasons we offer essential oil infused DMSO and blends with things like Magnesium, and vitamins.)

It is important to wash your hands and under your nails thoroughly before using topical DMSO. You should always clean the area you plan to apply DMSO, just in case there is some harmful substance on your skin with a molecule small enough to be carried through the skin.

How do you use DMSO? Just spray/put the gel or liquid on skin then put the desired drug on the same place? Will it work with any powder or liquid drugs or oils / creams etc?

To use: Clean the area you'd like to apply the DMSO + Magnesium with soap and water.  Apply or spray on the area(s) that hurt and let dry. For topical use only. Temporary skin irritation is normal, but temporary and lessens as your skin gets used to the solution. If irritation persists, rinse with cool water.

Applying to less sensitive areas such as the abdomen and legs can help reduce irritation. Irritation should only last a few minutes and your skin will get used to the solution the more you use it.

After application, you may notice a slight mineral residue remaining when the spray dries. This is normal and can be rinsed or wiped off after 20 minutes if desired.

You will be the best judge of how much oil you need a day to find the relief you need. Apply gradually as you increase the amount of oil used.

Scientists hypothesize that methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) supplies the body with extra sulfur to create methionine. The amino acid methionine is thought to help the body synthesize compounds, form connective tissue, metabolize foods, and absorb nutrients [6]. methylation. Researchers suggest that methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) may help rebuild the lining of the digestive tract. According to one theory, it might help stop particles from leaving small junctions. It’s being researched for Leaky Gut Syndrome, colitis, and inflammatory bowel diseases [2425].

According to limited research, MSM taken by mouth is rapidly absorbed in the gut, well distributed in the body, and efficiently excreted in the urine [38539].

Unlike DMSO, MSM is not readily absorbed through the skin, and it does not help the absorption of other substances through the skin into the blood [18].

In order for pregnenolone to work, it has to be converted from cholestrol in the mithocondria to pregnenolone and same with other hormones , pregnenolone has to be converted in the mithocondria to progesterone and so on, but a dysfunction in the mithocondria can impair this process, does this mean drugs you ingest orally have to be converted in the mithoconrida also to their active metaboliate / ingredient etc

Vitamin A is another important nutrient for the wound recovery process because it helps control inflammatory response

Inflammation in the digestive tract results in reduced magnesium absorption from the foods we do eat and, arguably, a greater need for magnesium due to the increased levels of inflammation those foods can cause.

Epsom Salt is Magnesium ... soaking for 35-40 minutes in hot water.. with 2+ cups is like getting an IV of Magnesium.

The best oral Magnesium supplement is Magnesium Bicarbonate Water.. that you make yourself.

1 liter of Soda Water... Sprinkling Water

3 tablespoons of Plane Milk of Magnesium.

Let it settle for 20 minutes or so.. until clear.

Keep cold.

Bottle = 1,500 mg of Magnesium.. You need 500 mg/day just watching TV.

This is like an IV of Magnesium.

Mag oil makes my skin sting.. which just means.. I am sensitive.. add lotion after it drys.

Mag oil can be added to bath water too.
