Hi There,

I am thinking lately that the only way to properly do Primal is to do so with meats that have the best fatty acid composition. When utilizing online nutritional data resources I find that Lamb ends up very high on the list, probably because it comes from Young and Uncorrupted and un-stressed animals?

I also eat a bit of Shrimp and Scallops if we may consider those meets.

Your take?

Really? I thought Shrimp had barely any of those because of their short life span and lack of time to accumulate them? Same with Sardines and Salmon (albeit to a lesser degree)???

Also, can you say something pertinent to the actual question?
