From a longevity stance, what are the best greens / reds products currently on the market?

Doing a bit more research, I like the idea of an ORAC value not for measuring antioxidant status (which has largely been debunked for health benefits), but as a way to indirectly measure polyphenol + phytochemical content, which often possess antioxidant activity. Without something like this metric, it's like trying to compare protein powders without a nutrition label that shows grams of protein. That said, these companies might be measuring ORAC differently, where it's ultimately a useless metrtic.

These are rough prices, which obviously vary by quantity / specials, etc.

  • LivingFuel: SuperBerry Ultimate - 408,071 ORAC ($8.33/svg)
  • Kylea: Total Living Greens - 150,000 ORAC ($3.33/svg)
  • Vibrant Health: Spectrum Vibrance - 143,590 ORAC ($1.67/svg)
  • Paradise Herbs: ORAC Energy Greens - 40,000+ ORAC ($1.33/svg)
  • Athletic Greens - ? ORAC ($3.23/svg)
  • KaChava - ? ORAC ($4.67/svg)
  • FeelGreat 365: Superfood Vital Reds - ? ORAC ($2/svg)
  • Organifi: Green/Red Juice - ? ORAC ($2.67/svg)
  • Thorne: Mediclear SGS - ? ORAC ($2/svg)
  • Ambronite: AmbroGreens - ? ORAC ($1.33/svg)
  • Xymogen: OrganiX PhytoFood - ? ORAC ($1.68/svg)
  • RealDose: Real Reds - ? ORAC ($2.23/svg)
  • PaleoValley: Organic SuperGreens - ? ORAC ($2/svg)

From a gluten-free, gut-health perspective, I'm not quite sure what to make of all the products with barley / wheat extracts.

Anything that doesn't have green tea extract or zero calorie sweeteners like monk fruit extract, or stevia, or sucralose, or aspartame, or acesulfame potassium, which is barely any of them.  I just basically make my own now, kind of https://www.longecit...d-beet-product/
