Now I found this on amazon, I was looking at products, and I saw this photo:  61ZsBATBscL._AC_SL1000_.jpg

 

And the comments are like yeah, it resolved the cancer.

 

wtf.  Is this real?  It says it is a rare version or something.

I don't know if I would put a lot of stock in that algorithm's ability to spot fakes on so few reviews.

 

And even if they are all genuine, I don't know how much real information is in them.  Most seem fairly subjective.

So I've seen some really fake reviews that weren't noticed on that website.
