As noted in other threads, several users including myself can’t seem to stomach k2 without a large accompanying dose of k1 (severe bloating, digestion issues among other things).

But for me, k1 has some other weird effects and I can’t figure out how to countermand these. It depresses me, depresses mental arousal, has some weird antisocial effects (anxiety, decreased eye contact...) all very strange.

Am I missing a cofactor?

I suspect 3 possibilities:
1) Acetylcholine depletion (apparently vit K decreases ACh)
2) glutamate lowering (k1 carboxylates glutamate?)
3) 5ar inhibition (k1 and mk7 are 5ar inhibitors) ie I’m giving myself a transient version of PFS

If it’s 3) I’m really screwed.
