I'm trying to find non toxic NMDA antagonist, I have memantine but she so expensive and magnesium which is cheap and refundable in my assurance.

The RDA of magnesium is 420mg/day, but NMDA antagonisting effect on 1280mg/day

What's about this dose long-term, do she will give me the typical NMDA antagonists antidepressant effect??

Maybe about 1g/ day. I don't think arginine will be of any use to you.

You could also try Polygala tenuifolia or mGluR2/3 agonists.
