I saw in the past that there was a promo for a discord channel but after spending time on those theres not much discussion in terms of daily things we can take or do in terms of stacks and lifestyle practices ... its mostly advocacy things like supporting ongoing research. I made a chat server for specifically stacks and daily habits for antiaging/unlimited. It will be more fast paced and maybe interactive.... my goal is for people to build frameworks of thinking in regards to antiaging not just about this or that particular stack(if that makes sense). Hope to see some members there.
