What is recommended break during supplementing cycloastragenol 5mg and Astragaloside 4 5mg daily? Product name; Swanson Telomere Formula. I hear that 2 weeks after 3 month of supplementing. Crackaging suggests break after one year of supplementing. Light of life product contains 45mg of astragaloside 4, cycloastragenol 2,5mg, Hyaluronic acid 15mg, Vitamin D3 400UI. Recommended one month break after two month usage. I know that cycloastragenol may cause cancer.
