I want to inject Epitalon but I saw on a web page it is recommended for those over 40. I am only 25, should I still try it? I know some supplements are only good to take if you are over a certain age, like DHEA (for a woman), but some help no matter what age you are, like NMN.

No, stick to NMN until at least 30, even 35, as telomere shortening is minimal until then which is what Epitalon is counteracting.

The truthful answer is that no one knows! Not all of the telomeres in your body shorten at the same rate at the same time!

There is no harm in running it younger and there may be benefits.

No one knows! That's what we do here.... Experiment.

Yes you should. Epitalon has other effects besides lengthening telomeres. I see a difference in my skin in 10 days. Don't wait till you start aging to try and slow it down!

Why injection rather than capsule?
