Thanks for this information! Just curious, did you calculate the human dosage yourself or find it somewhere? I'm trying to figure out the best dosage to take, i've been taking NMN for awhile now but it seems I've been taking too much

I guess that may explain why studies or self-experiments with 2 or 3 grams of NMN or NR don't find great results - may actually be worse.
I've been thinking that a large dose just increases need for methyl donors.
But if too much NMN/NR -> excess NAM -> inhibits sirtuins, would methyl donors even fix the issue?
