- 30% reduction in cancer compared to  non treated P53 deficient mice

 

- 67% reduction if we exclude sarcoma 

 

- total  prevention of metastasis 

 

 

 

 

if a mice with  only one working TP53 reduce his overall risk of cancer then  a human with 2 working p53 should drastically reduce his cancer risk
