Who here takes carnitine? I’ve tried Alcar, gplc, and good old regular tartrate.

As per the Italian study, alcar and gplc give me some sexual and cognitive benefits. But also very weird sides. With Alcar I simply can’t handle the extra choline. Gplc, the free-form glycine causes some issues. And for all three forms, I notice weird changes in possible thyroid function (I feel swollen, tired) and weird changes in energy metabolism (reduced body fat storage, but also severely reduced cardio fitness in the sense that I hit a wall suddenly and quickly when working out)

What’s everyone’s experience here?
