Is it okay to take it together?

I know memantine is a NMDA antagonist.  I really dont know the M.o.A. of BSO.  I am honestly guessing no?  I don't have reasoning behind this though.

No. This is inadvisable. BSO (through Thymoquinone) is an acetylcholinestrase inhibitor. This combination has been shown to be neurotoxic (in rats) : https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/17112636
