"It might take a little lawyering, but I don't remember can create a fact issue for a perjury conviction. Video interviews, emails that exist, and an adverse inference instruction for emails that are not produced". Plus direct evidence from people that cut a deal with the prosecution."

Video interviews and emails are the past, and it is all potential federal charges that have been pardoned, including possible perjury during congressional testimony or testimony to other federal agencies, e.g., or during FBI interviews. Any potential Federal charges that might have resulted from his actions during the period of 2014 to the day of his pardon are now off the table.

If he was to be brought before a congressional committee today and put under oath he couldn't invoke the fifth amendment owing to a claim of potential self-incrimination, because he can't be incriminated due  to his pardon. He must answer, but like I said in an earlier post, he will just answer "I don't recall".

There are no "direct evidence" deals to be cut. Direct evidence means nothing. He has been pardoned.

The States might be able to find a way to charge him with something. However, it might be a tough job to find something that can't be related, directly or tangentially,  to his pardoned federal potential crimes.

At this point I'd be happy to get the truth out of Anthony Fauci at long last. His prosecution would be desirable but is less important than the world having a widespread understanding of exactly what happened with respect to the origin and response to SARS-CoV-2.

But, like you say "I don't remember" will be his go to answer.

However, even that will be illustrative. If the smartest man in the world, Mr. Science himself answers "I don't remember" a few hundred times under sworn testimony (a likely number) that will make the point that he's been doing a lot of lying for the last 5 years.

He's been lying at least since he pushed AZT in the 80's.

Si!  Read all about it...  https://www.huffpost...story_b_4762295

Whitewashing AIDS History

Dr. Anthony Fauci is rewriting history. He is doing so to disguise his shameful role in delaying promotion of an AIDS treatment that would have prevented tens of thousands of deaths in the first years of the epidemic.

Had Fauci listened to people with AIDS and the clinicians treating them, and responded accordingly, he would have saved thousands of lives. In the two years between 1987, when Callen met with Fauci and 1989, when the guidelines were ultimately issued, nearly 17,000 people with AIDS suffocated from PCP. Most of these people might have lived had Fauci responded appropriately.

Seems very much like his handling of Covid 19. He, along with big pharma buried Ivermectin and HCQ - effective therapeutics - in order to obtain an EUA for the experimental Covid 19 vaccines. Not only did they all deny these drugs were effective, they took away the right of the public to use them. Pharmacists were instructed to refuse to fill the prescriptions. Doctors that prescribed them were canceled, or lost their jobs and/or licenses. Meanwhile they got approval for Remdesivir, which seems to do more harm than good.

"Covid deaths, the big picture. You can learn a lot by careful study of this chart.Excess Deaths are the best measure because they are less affected by reporting biases."

Come-on, this will be temporary!

However, if persistent and not an overreaction, it will be likely worse than censorship exercised by previous Administration via social and MSM during the pandemics and probably for worse reasons:

I suspect this is temporary and we will have much more transparency going forward. It truly cannot get any worse than we have right now.

Let me put my tinfoil hat on.

Perhaps this move is to protect from another "pandemic of fear". Over the last couple of months, US "health" agencies have been trying to scare the crap out of the public with bird flu hysteria and the "quademic" - what ever that is supposed to be (just another cold and flu season). Trump administration officials remember how it went the last time around. Curtailing the "voice" of the corrupt "health" agencies, protects from a regular cold and season being fraudulently portrayed as the deadliest pandemic ever (like last time).

In a couple of months It will be helpful to look back on this period and see if the "quademic" totally destroys the world, like "health" agencies are essentially predicting, or if it is a total failure of public health authorities like when the forecast the "severe winter of disease and death", in 2021, and the most awful deadly cold and flu season in 2022, and the apocalyptic flu season of 2023. With their track record - they should be silenced until new, smarter, and more ethical leaders are installed.

US media outlets were getting millions of dollars from the Biden administration all through the COVID panic.

Now you know why unscientific propaganda and irrational fear narratives were being spread in 2020 - all the way through today.

I still don't know if most people realize the incredibly massive scale of the propaganda campaign they were subject to during the COVID panic. Nearly everything you heard, nearly everything you saw, was being carefully managed to get you to behave in an irrational, panic-stricken, and unscientific manner.

Why did Dr. Fauci need a pardon? Why has the CDC and FDA been lying (proven and admitted) and hiding data from the public? What the hell was in those shots?

The real eye opener for me was that USAID - not an infectious disease or other health related agency - sent almost $40 million to the Wuhan Institute of Virology via Peter Dazak and the EcoHealthAlliance. In fact the vast majority of the funding the federal government sent WIV came through this unlikely agency.

https://www.msn.com/...rch/ar-AA1ylAf0

Dr. Fauci only admitted to sending $600k to WIV (also via EcoHealthAlliance) and I think eventually that number got up to around $2M.  Clearly Dr. Fauci at NIAID, Francis Collins at NIH, and Rochelle Walensky at the CDC would have been aware of this enormous amount of funding as they all (particularly Fauci) worked closely with Dazak at EcoHealthAlliance in funding WIV's gain of function research into bat derived coronaviruses. It is simply not plausible that they were not aware and in fact almost certainly involved in getting that amount of money to WIV via EcoHealth.

Yet, when repeatedly asked questions about funding sent to WIV they never volunteered this information.

They would probably argue that "Well, we were never asked specifically if USAID ever sent money to WIV" which is probably true. But clearly they have had no interest in seeing the truth get out about the extent of the federal government's involvement in funding gain of function research in China.

These people constantly wrap themselves in the cloak of "the science". Science is supposed to be about the pursuit of truth. Yet obviously these individuals have no interest in seeing that the truth gets out. Just the opposite in fact.

Frankly, I'm getting pretty damned tired of being lied to about all this.

Some more examples of the deception that was created by the US government - paying Rueters for "Large Scale Social Deception"

Despite recent efforts by the new administration to create transparency, some in the US government are still hiding information about the origins of COVID.

Most people still do not understand the power of money during the whole COVID debacle. Hundreds of billions of dollars buys a lot of influence. The perks - like $20,000 per flight for Peter Daszak to have luxury air travel in business class, are tough for the "perpetrators" to give up. (and, I know he claims he needed the extremely expensive air travel around the world because of "back problems").

Pfizer has released its list of side effects for the Covid 19 vaccine.

Pneumonia  is on the list. I was diagnosed with Pneumonia less than 4 months after getting the second shot. Fortunately I did not have "foaming at the mouth", or "sudden death".

"Foaming at the mouth" can be a symptom of trollivitus pneumonius.
