Not sure of this thread is at all active but I found a New York Times article about Zelenko. In March he started treating people in his village who had "coronavirus-like symptoms". Did they even have coronavirus at all? It's not obvious they were ever tested, and Snopes says he hasn't published any details so his claims cannot be evaluated.

Chloroquine is being tested worldwide with dispair results, mostly positive though. Azithromycin is well know for blocking opportunistic pathogens in lungs besides its anti-aging action at low doses. And zinc sulfate gets into the infected cell passing through the chemical channel hydroxychloroquine opens in the cellular out layer. And once in the inside blocks the cells from replicating the virus.
It is guerrilla-like medicine but Zelenko's figures hasn't been refuted so far, AFAIK.
