Hello,
I want to try fish oil capsules that contain the whole spectrum of fats (saturated, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated,...)
Should I go for a brand or unbranded supplement ? The unbranded are pretty cheap on ebay, I don't know if they contain all the fats.
And does the fish species matter or are some superior ?
If it matters, I want to use them for anxiety & insomnia.
