We know that many minerals compete with each other and that it's not economic to supplement copper and zink at the same time. Also large doses of magnesium reduce the bioavailability of other minerals etc.
Is this just the case for ionic absorption and not for absorption via peptid transporters?
So does this literally mean that I can take my huge dose of magnesium glycinate together with zink glycinate and copper glycinate without any loss of bioavailability?
