So ive had a little like eureka moment a few days ago and realised why ive gotten so sensitive to every drugs effects and why my baseline anxiety has increased so much: Benzo use, never got addicted but did get a tolerance multiple times. So when my next pay lands il be ordering these noots:

  1. Fasoracetam (100mg a day)
  2. Citicoline (2-2.5gs a day)
  3. Uridine Monophosphate (2g a day)
  4. Lions mane extract (3g a day)
  5. Nsi-189 (50mg 2x a day)
  6. Memantine (5-20mg a day)
  7. Fish oil (around 2g of dha and 2g of epa)

So what are your guys thoughts on this stack?

Do you think itl be effective enough?

The science on fish oil caps is very iffy. Personally I gave it up and now just eat salmon. Wild caught, lightly cooked/fried/grilled. The omega 3 fats are delicate so don't over cook your salmon, it should still be pink (raw) on this inside. Eat the skin, thats where the O 3 is. I also eat walnuts and flax meal for additional O 3s.

You need a good Vit D and K2 supp. I am now taking separate D and K2 since 300 mcg of K2 is what the studies show is really effective. Get the D in coconut oil, better absorption

Blueberries, eat lots! Get the frozen ones as they are less expensive. Eat blue/black berries everyday.

leafy greens, lots and lots of them.

Egg yolk lecithin I might add, to replace the citicholine which may not be beneficial long term.

Also highly  recommend AlivebyNature Liposomal NAD+ sublingual, that stuff has been awesome for me.

I would try to feed my brain the nutrients it needs to heal rather than loading up on exotic drugs like you are doing. Drugs is how you got in this mess in the first place.

Good luck!

The fish oil i have is actual oil oil and not capped so thats good at least, also from a reputable source but i still get what you mean by food being better than substances and since i live close to the sea i eat seafood quite frequently along with a lot of vegetables and fruit.

And im not going to be taking most of the listed noots long term (1 month tops) thats why the dosages are that high, the only one il be taking long term are the fish oil and lions mane. I also already take vit d3 but without the k2.
