Several days ago I got my COVID19 testing and it was negative,
I have used no supplements, only the stanart protection.
The moral: to protect the COVID19 you need a mask, a medical helmet, washing your hands, change the air in the room regularly, and desinfect the surfaces with 70% alcochol.
Thats that, nothing more, nothing else.
