This is nothing revolutionary; it is obvious.

Taking early action is the key to solving aging, not which treatments will be best efficacious.

Senolytics, pathaway targeting drugs like rapamycin or metformin or mimetics, pluripotent stem cell therapy, new discoveries, and "The next" compound and supplements...whatever.

I have been lurking around this forum and fightaging.org, and found a lot of people rely on personal anecdotes and positive feedback, thinking unrealistically in their 40/50/60s expecting what they do will make any significant changes.

I do hope the best for everyone, but let's be realistic.
