Looking for some general input on stacking supplements from the various classes of nootropics and mental health supps
(along with some anti-aging as well):
- Adaptogens
- Ashwagandah (or Rhodioloa, Holy Basil, Bacopa, Reishi)

- Racetams
- Piracetam, Noopept, Choline

- Nerve health
- Magnesium, Theanine, Lithium Orotate

- Mushrooms (Stamets Protocol)
- Lion's Mane, Niacin (psychadelics where legal)

- Anti-aging
- NAD+, Resveretrol (with black pepper and coconut oil for absorption)

- Alert/Focus
- Modafinil (no photo)
The commonly-sought objectives here are:
cognitive enhancment and focus, but also calm and freedom from anxiety.
As a starting point, does it make sense to think that supps for each and all classes could be beneficial - because they do different things?
Are there particular supps or classes of supps that are particularly syngergistic?
Are there classes or particular supps that should not be combined?
