I take methylfolate + methylb12 (plus other b-vitamins) to feel better, but it boost acetylcholine levels and then I have to take benedryl (anticholinergenic) to counteract the effect of excess choline (depression, brain fog, lethargy). Does this happen to anyone else? I get the same bad effect from TMG.

I find methylation drugs like Methionine and B12 with Folic acid increase serotonin, which is also confirmed for methionine. Maybe that's what happens in your combination as well. (I always get brain fog and even feel "down" from excess serotonin levels - e.g. after long-term Ashwagandha -, never mind the contradiction with the industry dogma, however un-downregulated serotonin receptors usually are still positive for me. Brain fog doesn't fit acetylcholine either, by the way.)
