Here's my new regimen, I'm quickly approaching 40 (can't believe it) and I'm seriously looking to put together an affordable and manageable regimen to start fighting aging. I work out 6 days a week both cardio and weightlifting. I have some specific training supplements, but want to add more than just a multivitamin. Here's the daily stack I'm currently building:
- Two-Per Day (LE) - only one a day though, I don't recall but someone of this forum said that "two a day" is overkill for a multivitamin
- Turmeric Curcumin - Naturemade (500mg)
- Optimized Resveratrol (LE) -250mg
- Vitamin C Naturemade: 500 mg
- Green tea organic - 2 cups a day
- 1 clove of garlic
- 300 mcg melatonin (not everyday)
I can list my workout supps, but I don't know if it's relative. I'm a guy with no specific health issues, but want to keep an eye on heart health (like everyone).
Any good suggestions are appreciated.
