Hi.
I am trying to improve my sleep quality because i think i have with it problem - get up weaken up but after some time i do not have energy (mind energy) and i am unmotivated.
I have tried to add 500 mg L-tryptophan bed time and after i fill next day horrible . Like half of man . I have difficult to concentrate and think like my intelligence was reduced. It is strange because it happen only when we have summer. In the winter i am using l-tryptophan and small portion of melatonine and it works fine.
I have tried fosfatidiloserine before bed time and i sleep after it very good but at morning i have problems to weak up . Similar is with passionflower and other herbs .
Somebody know anything about that behavior?
