Hi guys,

after some research, I managed to narrow down the options to the list below. Which is the best in your opinion/experience? Is there anything missing?

Thanks a lot!

  1. AOR Ortho Core, this seems to be the best multi, however it's expensive. I was thinking that maybe I could try a 3 caps dosage, instead of the full 6 caps?

  2. Thorne 2/day, maybe a little high on B vitamins

  3. Now Foods Adam, good ingredients profile for men, dosage and price, however I don't like folic acid

  4. Naturelo, whole foods based, both the 4 caps and 1 cap versions seem great

  5. Garden of Life Mykind Organics, whole foods based

  6. Rainbow Light Men's One

  7. Orange triad, for what is worth the guys in bodybuilding forums rave about this one. I believe it could be taken in a 4 caps dosage instead of 6

Some reviews to look at on thehealthbeat.com - link1, link2  , they mention VitaminIQ as a good option(4 a day)

Rhonda Patrick and Joe Rogan are using Pure , good brand.

I like the LEF 2 a day + LEFHealth booster.  Still need a source of Omegas, Nordic Phospholipids(pre formed like Krill oil) or COD oil (great for preform vitamin A)

I could easily switch to the Thorne 2 a day + LEF health booster.

if you take enough of a vitamin you can increase a pathway more even if you arent deficient. Like Niacin for myelin.

Also it is good to have different mechanism that increase myelin in their own way so your getting it from every direction so you can have even higher baseline myelin. If you deficient in niacin but take BDNF like semax to increase myelin it will only do so much, but with niacin you activate a special pathway specifically for this with it which has a better effect.
