Question 2 allows multiple choices
About myself: About 14 years ago one day I tried to suicide eating mycotoxin (aflatoxin,...) contaminated peanuts (they definitely looked as bad as aflatoxin contaminated peanut pictures) that I got from a friend who got it from relatives. After showing some signs I went on to my life and about 2 years ago I started having headaches and in more severe cases also dizziness and nausea that clearly nearly perfectly correlated with definite foods and odours of food(even food odour that I can comfortably eat once done with the heavy odour) so I went to see some doctors. One doctor implied that it could be allergies / food sensitivities even though the tests did not reveal as I suspected (I've also later read that aflatoxin posioning causes allergies somewhere), one doctor prescribed a common SSRI anti-depressant (fluoxetine) and one doctor prescribed an SNRI used to treat major depressive disorder (duloxetine) but I forgot to mention my suicide attempt to them. All the while I was trying to stay away from the foods and odours as much as possible and I decided to go on like that for a while because I did not feel like depressed at all. It's been more than a year and the correlations I observed still remain true, but the list of things I have to stay away from is exhaustive and I'm considering my treatment options again (including trying opioid painkillers when I need to instead of the paracetamol that I'm used to), and being the forgetful geek that I am, NSI-189 sounds interesting.
