Does anyone know what the particular causes are for the sexual side effects for duloxetine?

Like what are the serotonin specific sexual side effects and what would the norepinephrine specific side effects be?

Lack of orgasm. I haven't sad sex much in my life yet but I have only ever had sex since I have been on the medication. I have found I can get an erection usually okay but I am unable to orgasm.

However when I masturbate I am able to climax but the feeling is no where near as good as it used to be before I was on the medication (pre 2015). It's becoming an issue for me now. I also get erections less frequently but I usually find that when I need one I can get one - unless I've had far too much to drink over a period of four days (I couldn't get it up after a four day binge drinking period quite a while ago lol). Generally speaking I feel less sensitive down there. I refuse blow jobs as they are just boring because my weapon just isn't sensitive enough to feel benefit from them.

I would try supplement with dopamine precursor. Usually this side effect are also related for Phenibut, which same as Duloxetine affect GABA, but I dont know for sure. Try Pramipexole (but consult with your doctor first). Usually dopamine is responsible for drive for sex, but dont know what happen when you orgasm. If your prolactin levels are high, then Pramipexole is good option. Try L-Tyrosine, Phenylalanine at moderate dosages. See if its better.
