So when will we be able to get this small molecule that blocks the 15pgdh protein?

By actual count this is the 261st major breakthrough this year that we are still waiting on the results for and #3,733,021 since 2000. I just hope its of some significant benefit like resveratrol was even though it was hyped to the clouds and never could meet expectations. If this turns out not to be super expensive and does even 1/4 of the hype, it will be a real breakthrough. Its supposed to be a small molecule, can't be that hard to make.
Soon as we find something that seems to tie it all together, we find its more complicated than that. Such as rapamycin which I'm still taking, pterostilbene, sulforaphane, turmeric and so on. They are all a piece of the puzzle. None is the final answer to indefinite lifespan or healthspan.
Little groups of insiders like us will be enjoying the benefits of these and other compounds while the ignorant sheep die young. It has to be like that because there is no controlling population growth and if everyone lives to 100 it could get... interesting

Recently came across a few studies on 15-PGDH (also called HPGD) inhibition with SW033291 as a means to rejuvenate stem cells and promote regeneration:
Inhibition of Eicosanoid Degradation Mitigates Fibrosis of the Heart
Effects of SW033291 on the myogenesis of muscle-derived stem cells and muscle regeneration
Inhibition of the prostaglandin-degrading enzyme 15-PGDH potentiates tissue regeneration
Bumping this thread to see if there is any other interesting data out there I've missed or if anyone has experimented with 15-PGDH inhibition in general.
