My goal is to improve my homemade treament of Alzheimer and Parkinsons with supplements with poor oral bioavilability

In this case resveratrol within a glycerine tinture of https://www.montanaf...datum-p35442133 not in the purpose of improving someones skin,

but to get past the skin with a therapeutical oral dose for transdermal drug delivery...that seems to suit glycerine? judged by this link https://patents.goog...EP0644746B1/en

I have tested to mix 100 mg of Japanese Knotweed glycerine-drops inside an outsqueezed portion of purchased dermal aloe gel ( primary for sun protection) as the vechile https://www.ijddr.in...ancer-5476.html and stired it together with a tootpick and then applied the new lotion to my arm. I noticed that it absorbs even though it leaves som goey-sugar on the skin that i must rinse away...but obviosly it should enter the skin

Is there any indications though? that the resveratrol have not? been absorbed into to the viable tissues and thus have entered the systemic circulation? even though it leaved the glycerine greasyness on the skin.(1)

They talk several times about glycerol! usage in this study's attemp to get resveratrol pass the skin https://www.research...ls_via_the_Skin
but my problem is that i dont understand what the conclusion was really due to bad english, perhaps you can clarify if glycerine worked or not for them and why?

Secondly "Some constituents of the A. vera gel itself also penetrated the skin and this was interestingly dependent on the molecular weight of the co-applied compounds" (1)

I will never know if my amateur formulation got itself the right molecular weight, im just interested to know if you think its likely in theory that aloe vera gel can get
glycerine into systemic circulation mixed with JKW or even my Forskolin tincture https://www.hawaiiph...eus-alc-extract
https://www.jstage.j...rticle/-char/en
Stability of Forskolin in Lipid Emulsions and Oil/Water Partition Coefficients
To treat conditions that is not comestic!
https://www.afisuppl...t-95-forskolin/
I dont understand basal chemistry..so i have a feeling i will be dissapointed by your answer

You might try limonene

https://www.scienced...359644607003716

“Since its introduction, transdermal drug delivery has promised much but, in some respects has still to deliver on that initial promise, due to inherent limitations imposed by the percutaneous route. The greatest obstacle for transdermal delivery is the barrier property of the stratum corneum. Many approaches have been employed to breach the skin barrier, of which, the most widely used one is that of chemical penetration enhancers. Of the penetration enhancers, terpenes are arguably the most highly advanced and proven category and are classified as generally regarded as safe (GRAS) by the Food and Drug Administration. This paper presents an overview of the investigations on the feasibility and application of terpenes as sorption promoters for improved delivery of drugs through skin.“”

Where shall i by limonene? and what vehicle shall it in turn be inside?

I used https://www.bulkapot...itrus-terpenes/
I mix it with CMO as a muscle rub and sometimes with Micronized Resveratrol to treat skin tags.

What about using DMSO? My understanding is that DMSO easily passes through the skin. Is the compound you want to import into your body soluble in DMSO?

Sorry what is a CMO?

I will not have your micronized resveratrol in powder form?, instead i have a tincture of Japanese knotweed.

How do you calculate much you shall take of the limonese to your solution? i dont know how to decide this

https://www.merriam-...nary/menstruum its easier when hawiipharms do this for me, but i wanna learn

How can i potentially mix this limonese liquid with my liquid Japanese knotweed but then get some cream consistent? that attach to the skin

Do you think that anything pot less soluble that travels with resveratrol will follow through skin layers in?

Im thinking about the anthraquinone "Emodin" also present in the resveratrol sourche Japanese knotweed

Are you creating a tincture? or what do you store the resolution between the resupplement.

What is DMSO?

Btw to all of you

Vanillin cross-linked chitosan microspheres for controlled release of resveratrol

What does control release means? am i wrong it can affect bioavailability?
How do you understand this study's conclusion

What i know is that...while i figure out how im going to optimaly transport resveratrol it didnt hurt to put
my precious Japanese knotweed tincture drops into my yoghurt mixed with one tea-spon of vanillin sugar from grossery store.

Have anybody of you ever taken japanese knotweed tincture in yogurth by the way?

CMO : https://cetyl-myrist...l-myristoleate/
Not sure why you would use a tincture for this kind of thing its likely to have impurities that will irritate the skin.
I paint limonene on top of rubbing the powder into the skin, so I am not making a lotion its a one time thing.
Eventually the tag or mole dries up and flakes off, but I continue for a bit after that usually to be sure.
One interesting thing is moles and skin tags sop up micronized resveratrol so much more than the surrounding skin that it makes a white spot.

Liposomal resveratrol may work as well and there is a good one available on eBay.

DMSO sounds like its something similar to CMO that zorba referes to, am i right or wrong?

Well the things i wanna import into my body is Forskolin and Resveratrol, you probably know faster than i if these 2 are soluble in it?

Do you paint with a brush? limonene on the skin for it to become sticky enough? so that you  can rubb the micronized resveratrol  powder and CMO powder?

ontop of that glaze?

Is this CMO for solvent of the resveratrol or is to treat your skin-abomination through its anti-arthritis properties?

And where do you buythid CMO?

I use tincture cause i want the all the content of Japanese knotweed, especially the anthraquinone Emodin

(which i have no idea if its soluble, but perhaps if the resveratrol is uptaken through the skin the other ingrediens within a powder or a drip might pass???)

Im not sure it will be impurities since i dont make the tincture myself, i purchase professional tinctures, however i have ordered Japanese Knotweed in alcohol-tincture

which resveratrol is soluble in, do you then understand better why i would consider mixing alcohol-tincture with limonese and possible? this CMO if necessary
