At 5mg injected it completely or significantly supressed growth hormone release overnight -> https://www.ncbi.nlm...cles/PMC436797/

But what about a lower dose of 1mg / 2mg taken orally though? would this have similar outcomes on GH (so a no go for exercise recovery)?

Looking through the study with 5mg injected 1/2 of the subjects still had GH release, with the amount released cut in half.

(still learning about this) limiting GH release might have beneficial effects on insulin sensitivity / igf1?

Interestingly considering its name & use in bodybuilding, there isn't much in favor of GH use playing a key role for exercise recovery / performance anyway. still I wonder if significantly lessening it most days of the week could have detrimental effects.

my guess would be 1mg or 2mg orally would still give decent GH release if not most of the typical release (considering with 5mg injected 4/7 people still had around 50% GH release).

HGH is so low in adulthood as it is its barely exerting much effects on the adult body let alone aid in exercise recovery.

I want aware that cypro knocked out HGH and I ran it a few times and I am avid weight lifter and never noticed anything negative with that regards. My n=1 study.
