My data shows clearly a trend downward since I start overall supplementation with the B complex with a more market effect when I started using NR. However, I am still at ~10 and find hard to achieve more. I am not homozygous for MTHFR C677T (there is only 30% of normal enzyme function) and also looked at the CBS path. Thank you for your new video. I recollect a lot of info on homocysteine on this Forum you might find interesting.

Very interesting video, yours always give food for thought .

An objection: the ability of the GI tract to absorb B12 varies in the short and medium term.  And as the lining of the stomach thins over time there is always a long term lower ability to absorb B12 from food. Very many middle aged persons even have a subclinical (or worse)low absorption rate.

So, in order to avoid the dreaded verdict  of 'mechanistic' you would have to introduce a credible time factor in your calculations.....

Thanks Harkjin. Measuring blood B12 levels can help address that. if there are absorption issues, we expect to see lower blood levels. However, there is also evidence that systemic levels of B12 accumulate in critically ill older adults, so it's not an easy question to address.
