This Dick doesn't take anything anymore, he is nothing but a paid plant naysayer.

I agree that he has a pretty heavy "against taking" bias for this or that herb or supplement in general.
As far as resveratrol goes, he does present good abstracts that makes a case for NOT taking RES.
One of the studies he covers in the vid links resveratrol to kidney failure -although these were not healthy human subjects. But even so, that's enough for me to at least take a pause on RES and re-check all the relevant data I could find .

However, I feel that he doesn't weigh in evenly with other available Pubmed studies such as the ones sighted below.
This mouse study below conflicts with the idea of RES causing kidney damage (linked in above study). This study below demonstrates that resveratrol increases Klotho in the mouse kidney(Klotho is linked to extreme longevity) :

Another good pro-RES study listed on Pubmed--Resveratrol protects against breast cancer:
https://pubmed.ncbi....h.gov/30009768/
Dr. Stanfield lists some pretty compelling abstracts re: RES increasing cholesterol, interfering with health benefits of exercise and potential renal failure but I wish Dr. Stanfield would weigh in more evenly with other available papers that conflict with his ultimate conclusion on not taking RES and apologizing for recommending it.

And he does all the above with that stupid insufferable smile on his face the entire time.
Basically, I am saying I believe he's a medical doctor trying to secretly steer people away from natures gifts and toward prescribed medicines by pretending he has partaken of them then pretending to discontinue his support of them. It's all a game.
I take TMG with my NMN and Resveratrol now to counter methylation issues.

I'd like to hear what Dr. Stanfield has to say about resveratrol in say, 20 years from now... when he might begin to feel he actually has a stake in the game.
I don't watch any of his moronic videos, thus I don't care what he has to say through his dumb sarcastic grin.

The guy's an MD paid by big Pharma, not a scientist like Dr. Sinclair.
