IIRC, some in the pro-reserveratrol camp would attribute the lack of life extension to the lack of NAD+ availability.  As such, SIRT1 may have been raised by reserveratrol but without NAD+ as a cofactor there was no resulting life extension.  I think this is why Elysium still went forward with a resveratrol-like activator in Pterostilbene, but added the NR for an NAD+ source.

I think Icariin and Oleic acid as SIRT6 activators warrant a closer look.  Vincent had a nice write-up on Icariin here:

Good input thank you. I wonder if fasting activates Sirt6 at all. I sure hope it does.

The most potent SIRT6 activator, cyanidin, belonged to anthocyanidins, and produced a 55-fold increase in SIRT6 activity compared to the 3–10 fold increase for the others.

Elderberry contains the highest levels of cyanidin of any plant by far

Fucoidan quercetin and luteolin are all modulators of SIRT6, meaning they sometimes activate it and sometimes suppress it

Using this technique, it was found that fucoidan activated SIRT6 deacetylation activity in a dose-dependent manner (Figure 7). Both methods demonstrate that fucoidan is an activator of SIRT6. Interestingly, it was demonstrated that higher concentrations of fucoidan (>16 µg/mL in the Western blot analysis method) resulted in the reduced activation of SIRT6 activity (data not shown). A similar observation was made in the HPLC-based assay at higher concentrations as well, indicating that fucoidan may have a dual role in SIRT6, similar to what was observed for quercetin and luteolin [13].
