Is D2 another receptor that should be left alone?
Probably

Most brain receptors should be left alone unless you have some pathology you're trying to correct or compensate for.
Because tolerance is a thing, messing with receptors doesn't usually turn out well if done on a consistent basis.

Sort of offtopic, but for the same reasons one should avoid messing around with the d2 receptor, one should avoid exposure to zearalenon, a common estrogenic mycotoxin.

they've been fucking with my D2 for 17 years, I survived obesity more than 5 times, gamble addiction and alcoholism and I'm still the same awesome sexy guy that I've always been

I’ve been on two drugs that antagonize D2. They help for my condition and pair well with modafinil. I tried alpha brain for a few days and can say that if you are on an antipsychotic DONOT take supplements that increase dopamine signaling.
