Is there any supplement that helps with fatigue caused by SSRI? several ssri in the past 10 years all gave me the same effect, and I tried taking them in different times of the day or night, same result.

I take multivitamin, magnesium/calcium, and zinc.

I tried taking 100mg Coq10 (tried both ubiquinol and ubiquinone) and I noticed that it makes me irritated/depressed. I don't know why. While it did not even help with the fatigue.

Thanks,

I've found lexapro to be the least sedating of those tried. Perhaps some ginseng, exercise, or resetting environment would help with energy.

Overall life challenges seem to involve methods of striving for new successes without burning out. Falling into a rut or stagnation is generally depressing. Having too much stuff can be as well.

Of course, it's a continual balancing act. Holistic contemplation or reflection can be helpful if not obsessive. A good dose of action is what I find to be most effective. Good luck with your journey.
