Well, it has taken more than a year, but I am ALMOST ready to start hyperbaric oxygen with my own personal chamber.  It is installed in my house and SHOULD be operational in the next month.  I am now updating what I did since the last cycle.

After this cycle I decided to switch from 5 days per 6 weeks to 2 days every ~2ish weeks.

Mostly because by the 5th day I was pretty sick of the taste of Fisetin.

During above year I did a dozen sessions of Hyperbaric Oxygen at a private clinic, but the cost was a lot, so I decided to buy my own chamber instead of paying tens of thousands for more sessions.

I also switched from Swanson Fisetin to DoNotAge Fisetin, as I was annoyed at pulling the 100mg capsules apart and I despised the taste.  DoNotAge has 400mg capsules, and I only had to take 7 or 8 a day.

Below is the test result for senescence for the last year and a half of treatment approximately every second weekend of 3g each Quercetin and Fisetin, with a few HBOT sessions a year ago. 

I did not do another telomere length test this year as I felt that a dozen HBOT sessions would be unlikely to be enough to give statistically significant results.

 

It appears that taking 6g (3g each per day) of the senolytics every second week was pretty much good enough to keep the levels low, but not enough to continue the decrease.
