Hi,

 

I would like to make a stack of the best supplements for healing lungs to reverse any damage that may have occured due to viral pneumonia and otherwise, including pulmonory fibrosis. I would be interested in regenerative supplements and lung healing supplements.

I would hypothesize Niagen would help with that.  You can supplement with beef lungs purchasable on Amazon.  They have many of the organs and I would certainly try supplementing with an beef organ because it may contain all of the healthy growth factors and constituents of the lung,  I would take it fasting so it is the only nutrients available for your body.

Anything that helps the immune system will heal it. A lot of diseases cause immune system to never be the same again so full healing can never take place. Carnosine and zinc carnosine is a good start maybe. That's why it is good to keep it healthy so damage can never take place or become as bad.

An interesting side note...  The pulmonary surfactant given to premature infants is largely a phospholipid therapeutic, and some feel this may have potential at healing other pulmonary problems:

PPC was also very popular with Hep-C patients as an antifibrotic.  

 

I've taken PPC for over a decade now, and believe it has helped with aging, which often involves organs & tissues becoming fibrotic as we age.

In healthy lungs, healing and tissue remodeling will progress without intervention. However, that is not necessarily the case in aged lungs. For instance, nearly all cases of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) occur in individuals over 50 years old. Clearing senescent cells in aged individuals shows promise in restoring normal tissue homeostasis and healing, but in the case of  pulmonary fibrosis only slows the progression of the disease state.

No supps from my side, but maybe of interest nonetheless

 

I did some IVs of 0,3% H2O2 (added DMSO, Mg, Quinton Hypertonic) for clearing the blood pathways and my smoker lungs. As H2O2 reacts with Catalasa enzyme there are lots of micro bubbles, these travel with the bloodflow and clean the lungs from the inside.

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is safe for use on the mucous membranes as gargling or as a nasal spray; in fact, it is already commonly used in otolaryngology. Figure ​Figure11 shows the epithelial of oral mucosa treated with H2O2 3% for a period of 6 months. No damage was observed on oral mucous membranes or their microvilli after ongoing gargling treatment with H2O2 3%.
