Anyone which is the better one for inhibiting CD38 with the least side effects?

These are two completely different supplements. Apigenin is a senomorphic, quercetin is a senolytic:

If you consider only the effect of inhibition of CD38, then, apparently, the more pronounced inhibition effect of apigenin. You can watch the video (time 2:17):
