What have you all heard about this? Have any of you tried it? What benefits have you noticed?

 

I haven't tried it, but have done some reading on it, and its therapeutic effects. It's good for injury healing and even exercise recovery. Apparently, it strongly stimulates stem cell replication.

 

I'm imagining it could be useful when alternated with other treatments like senolytics & cardiovascular exercise.

 

But what I'd really also like to know from people here is what the cost was, if they've decided to buy the equipment, and which equipment they bought, or whether they've just used it at a clinic or spa.

Are there any health chains out there that are introducing or offering this type of treatment?

Heard in a recent podcast that Joe Rogan have done the Israeli protocol.

 

 

Shame its far between places where one can do it and its usually  quite expensive. For the longevity stuff seems like one need 40+ treatments which makes buying or building look like attractive options.

 

Have looked at getting a home device but they also seem very expensive. often several tens of thousands of dollars.

 

Seen a few people building their own for quite cheap. I estimate in the range of 500-3000USD. Biggest cost is the tank but if your lucky you can find something that will work used for cheap or maybe even free.  It does however requires some know how and skill.
