What are your thoughts on fat soluble nutrients such as Quercetin that use special (and expensive) formulations that presumably enhance their bioavailability (phytosomes, liposomes etc...)? Wouldn't you get the same effect by buying cheap Quercetin and mixing it in olive oil or some type of fat ? I'm just using Quercetin as an example but there are many such fat soluble nutrients / supplements which cost a lot due to their "enhanced" patented technologies. Are they really worth it? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
