10) Berberine 500mg 3 x day

11) Longvida Curcumin 400mg once a day plus 500mg 95% curcumin 3 x day (Longvida to cross BBB, cheaper curcumin for whole body inflammation)

12) Glucosamine 1g

13) Used to take magnesium but cron-o-meter says I get enough from nuts and greens).

Functional smoothie:

1 cup of fat free greek yogurt

1 cup of chopped kale

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

3 tbps of high polyphenol EVOO

1 tbps of Moringa Powder (for NRF2)

1 tsp raw ginger

Functional drinks (spread throughout the day).

I was doing berberine but there is some possible negatives, just be aware

https://nootropicsex....com/berberine/

https://www.nature.c...es/cddis2017471

https://www.theblood...tant nutrients.

From the 1st link

"And I recommend taking it with 175 mg of Milk Thistle extract each time to avoid possible DNA damage from long-term use."

Hesperiden, Urolithin A(pricey atm), and some probiotics might replace it.  AMPK is keyword to search for.

Low dose DHEA and collagen something to look at, like many things, produce less after 30.

I prefer full spectrum Vitamin E, especially taking that much fish oil.

You can buy low dose online, i would not take the 25 milligrams commonly sold(more like 2-5 mg). Check out the link I posted, do just enough to compensate for your age.

This is excellent info on DHEA.  I'll take a 1/4 tablet of the 25mg pills I have. Also good tip on Milk Thistle, good insurance to protect against Niacin or Berberine being hard on the liver.  I'll have to reorder.  I have some NAC powder around but when that runs out I won't be able to get anymore.

I'm cautious about vitamin E because supplements have shown a slight harm.  You could argue that this is becuase it is isolated alpha tocopherol and not full spectrum but this isn't proven.  Plus the full spectrum vit E i've seen is a whopping dose of Alpha and very little of hte the others.  Still very unbalanced.  What benefits do vitamin E have that are unique and worth the risk?

Vitamin E will keep the fish oil from oxidizing which increases the need for it - link

Im not sure what the best ratio of full spectrum E is, I normally prefer jarrow but have used life extension as well.

Using just D alpha creates an imbalance in the others.

Won't green tea, curcumin, cocoa, and antioxicdants in my diet work?  Why does it have to be vitamin E?

Could be, but still, they lower your vitamin E.

I'll just follow along here, unless someone has links to other good forums where people are sharing experiences. Also, a question to consider, glutathione is the first step in a "collagen building" . I wonder what differences people would see in recovery and strengthening between consuming collagen directly vs. this kind of building blocks mix?
