45yo 5'10" 60kg male. Cardio and weights regularly. Mostly whole food plant based, but also have some seafood/poultry for dinner and have fat free yogurt.
1) .75g of NMN taken mid morning to give my parsley a chance to inhibit CD38
2) 500mg of Nicotinic Acid taken 2 x a day along with 1g of TMG 2x a day
3) Ashwaganhda KSM66: 500mg 3 x day
4) 1G fish oil 3 x day
5) 3 a day multi of which I take 1 to fill gaps based on cron-o-meter
6) Elderberry extract twice a day (for sirt6, no in vivo evidence unfortunately)
7) K2 100mcg
8) D3 5000iu
9) Lithium orotate 5mg
10) Berberine 500mg 3 x day
11) Longvida Curcumin 400mg once a day plus 500mg 95% curcumin 3 x day (Longvida to cross BBB, cheaper curcumin for whole body inflammation)
12) Glucosamine 1g
13) Used to take magnesium but cron-o-meter says I get enough from nuts and greens).
Functional smoothie:
1 cup of fat free greek yogurt
1 cup of chopped kale
1/2 cup of dried parsley (for 500mg of apeginin and lutoleon as a bonus)
1/2 cup of wheat germ (for 10mg of spermadine and plant sterols)
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
3 tbps of high polyphenol EVOO
1 tbps of Moringa Powder (for NRF2)
1 tsp raw ginger
Functional drinks (spread throughout the day).
3 tsp of matcha
3 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tbps of MCT
