In what world, outside of severe epileptics does anyone have a 99% fat 1% protein, 0% carb diet?

For a normal 2000 k/cal diet, 1% would be 5 grams of protein a day. It would be quite difficult to ONLY eat fats AND ONLY eat 5 grams of protein.

What foods besides coconut oil and a handful of peanuts would you propose people eat? Why? Data please.
